When I set my sights on a new Kona to replace the Ioniq I didn't think twice about where to go and reconnected with Andy and the gang at Luther. Although I did a lot of research ahead of time, Andy was super helpful in confirming my choices and actually presented a purchase deal that was even more attractive than the lease option I was initially considering. We've become big Hyundai fans as the cars have been great - and we've been every bit as happy with the sales and service staff at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. An Air of Sadness As usual, the customer service was top-notch and the tech's did their job with my oil change. I asked about my dome light which isn't working and I wa As usual, the customer service was top-notch and the tech's did their job with my oil change. I asked about my dome light which isn't working and I was told it would cost $30.00 to replace (for a single light bulb). They then found there was some faulty wiring. A diagnostic test would cost $125. At this point I told them to forget about fixing the dome light. My oil change cost $20.00 more than last time I was in. I was told Hyundai has increased prices overall. I was sad that there were no snacks or computers in the waiting room. Of course this is no fault of Hyundai. And I had just heard that over 6 million Americans have filed for unemployment. I could not justify paying $100 for a light bulb. More
