I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. Due to many bad experiences when I was younger, I have pretty much the lowest possible opinion of auto dealerships. Amazingly, Luther Hyundai has managed to change experiences when I was younger, I have pretty much the lowest possible opinion of auto dealerships. Amazingly, Luther Hyundai has managed to change that. I certainly won't say that it's changed my opinion of auto dealerships as a whole, but Hyundai seems to operate differently. Luther Hyundai specifically has done a fantastic job for me three times now. There's an auto repair place directly next door to my business, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I needed some warranty service on my Hyundai, so I took it to Luther Hyundai in Bloomington. I asked them to quote a few minor items well it was there and assumed it would be a complete rip-off. Their pricing ended up being very similar to the guys next to my business. I was very pleasantly surprised and I had Hyundai do the work. They communicated everything through text messaging, which was much easier for me. Since then I've gone back to Hyundai for service two more times. They did brake pads and rotors and some other routine maintenance items. Very recently I went in to have my air conditioning serviced. My vehicle was barely out of its warranty, but it turns out Hyundai extended the warranty due to covid-19. My air conditioning is now fixed like new, and it didn't cost me anything! Had I gone to the little shop close to me for that service, I never would have known about the warranty and I would have paid for it out of pocket. So now Hyundai has saved me a bunch of money. I never in my life thought I would have a positive impression of an auto dealer, or that I would willingly go to one for service. I actually look forward to doing business with them again because it has been so pleasant. And the pricing has seemed completely fair versus the little shop that I'm used to. My wife has a RAV4 but she plans to get a Hyundai when that thing dies. We will definitely shop at Luther Hyundai. Again, I can't believe I'm saying this about an auto dealership, but this place is completely worth your business. They will take care of you and give you fair prices. And unlike many businesses, I'm convinced that they actually care and want to do a good job! It shows. Best of luck to whoever reads this. More
