Today I turned on the AC in my and is wasn’t working, I went and bought AC coolant from O’reillys auto parts. I tried to recharge the coolant it didn’t work either. I went to mechanic and found out two of went and bought AC coolant from O’reillys auto parts. I tried to recharge the coolant it didn’t work either. I went to mechanic and found out two of wiring were not put back in their spot. its cost me money to do all this. I am sure my car did not need new coolant if the wire were put back on it’s place, my AC would have been working. I understand and appreciate the hard work mechanic do, but please next time check everting before I take car back. I am not making complaint, like I said I really like the service I get provided by Hyundai team in blooming. I just want to let you guys know what happened. Thank You More

He was very patient with us and we asked a lot of questions. He was there for us from start to finish. He even came in on his day off to complete the last step of handing us off to the Finance team. He could have had anyone do that, but he did it. This proved to us that Craig is dedicated to making the buying experience as great as it can be; which is an extension of what Luther stands for.
