I was hoping my weird engine grinding noise would be fixed but it wasn’t. I understand that your devices couldn’t detect something wrong with my engine. But sometimes it takes the human ear and opinion fixed but it wasn’t. I understand that your devices couldn’t detect something wrong with my engine. But sometimes it takes the human ear and opinion to diagnose your machines. As intermittent as this noise is, I don’t expect you to hear it when you guys are working on it but I’d be more than happy to spend time with a technician just to hear what is driving me NUTS!!! I hate this car because of this engine noise. Something is wrong and your technology will not find an error code from this. I’m very dissatisfied with this outcome. The noise can only be heard from the drivers seat. Or with a audio stethoscope right on the engine block. Something is still wrong with my vent solenoid. My car needs to be tested by pumping gas when there’s almost 0 fuel in the gas tank to prove to you guys that it does stop pumping 3/4 to the way it’s full. I basically paid over $100 for you guys to brush aside all of these warranty issues. Because apparently using compressed air to flush out my fuel line was outside of my warranty therefore I had to pay all this money for nothing that was brought to your attention and to why I had an appointment. This is my first Used Hyundai car and I’m not a fan. More

Brought my new Genesis G70 in to have the 3M film applied. I was told it would take a half day, and dropped the car off at 10:00 AM, expecting to have the car back that afternoon. Unfortunately, while I did get a rental, it wasn't a Genesis (not a big deal, but it would've been nice), but I also received no communication that my vehicle wouldn't be done that day, or that the parts needed weren't even in. It would have been fine if I had been told when I dropped the car off, or even with a call before the service department closed that day, rather than hearing nothing back and wondering what was going on. My car also had roughly 20 more miles on it when I got it back than when I dropped it off. I'm not sure what required 20 miles of driving to apply a film. More
I purchased 2017 Hyundsai Santa fe certified from Burnsville Hyundai and my usb 3 wasn’t working. I took it to Luther Bloomington but they wanted to charge me $137 dollar even though my car was certi Burnsville Hyundai and my usb 3 wasn’t working. I took it to Luther Bloomington but they wanted to charge me $137 dollar even though my car was certified and they refuse to give me my keys back until i pay them. I called the Burnsville location and they talked to their manager and in the end they gave me my car back and after 1 day my usb 3 stopped working. This was the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had and I will never go back to them again. They’re crooks. I was a long term customer and the only reason I went there was it was close to where I live but I will not go back to this location again. More
