My review of the disappointed experience @ this place. I won't be filling out any surveys for them. They said free oil change as long as I owned my new Genesis R-spec. I needed a new battery & paid $230 I won't be filling out any surveys for them. They said free oil change as long as I owned my new Genesis R-spec. I needed a new battery & paid $230 to them to install it. I also mentioned the free oil change. They refused to honor my request for the promised free oil change. Yes, I am old! I don't drive very much so I never really needed to go to there for service except a few times. I was very sad about the way they just dismissed me. PS. I even bought my son a 1-year-old Hyundai Elantra from them a few years ago. This is pretty hard to believe that they denied me a $30 oil change isn't it? More
