I was disappointed that the person who initially picked up my car was not wearing a face mask or gloves. When scheduling over the phone, I mentioned that I am immunocompromised hence why I requested the co up my car was not wearing a face mask or gloves. I was also told that the same person who picked up my car would also drop it off so that there wouldn't be so many people going in and out of my car. The person who dropped off my car was wearing a face mask but again no gloves. My inspection sheet said my brakes were not inspected at this visit. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. I'm not sure if I will continue to go to this location. More

Was lied to by both scheduling and service manager. Scheduler said it would only take 10 minutes or less for my wife to get loaner vehicle took 20 minutes. What should have taken 15 minutes took 90 minutes which I was not happy about. There was a tire sensor error that went off as I was leaving the lot and I no longer had time to have that checked with the wasted time of trying to up-sell me on undercoating and extended warranties. For a new car, whoever detailed it didn't put enough effort into it either. Another thing I didn't have time to wait for afterwards. Still a good experience and I would recommend and come back again. Excellent services start to finish! The facility was clean, everyone was abiding mask wearing regulations, hand sanitizer at each entrance. Brandon and Mike were great to work with.
