I was so thankful to the team at Bloomington Hyundai for taking care of my engine problem. I leased a car in 2017 and then decided to lease again this year 2 months before my lease was up. I was told that it was perfectly fine to do that and that there would be no penalty to do so. Not true. M this year 2 months before my lease was up. I was told that it was perfectly fine to do that and that there would be no penalty to do so. Not true. Months later I get a call from Hyundai Finance that I owe close to $1,000 on my old lease! The dealership said they would cover part of it, but I’m still on the hook for the balance. I’ve leased many cars from many dealers over the years and have never had issues from other dealers. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never lease from Luther or a Hyundai again. When my lease ends, I guess I’ll have to pay the $400 turn in fee, but at least I’ll be done and can go back to one of the other dealerships that know how to treat their customers. More
