Great service as per usual. Nice rental/loaner made the process easy. Two things though... Please wash these cars. Even just the lake since machine thing. Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening and had an appointment on Friday at 8:15am. I didn’t hear anything so I called Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No one called me back. O Thursday evening and had an appointment on Friday at 8:15am. I didn’t hear anything so I called Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No one called me back. On Monday I called again and finally was told a part was ordered and my car should be ready sometime Tuesday. No call Tuesday on time so called again and told me in evening after 5:30. This was the worst customer service. 100% displeased. More
