2011 Sonata - one of four Hyundai’s purchased from this dealership needed three factory recalls completed by the service department. I also had a non-recall issue with a steering bushing that Hyundai exten dealership needed three factory recalls completed by the service department. I also had a non-recall issue with a steering bushing that Hyundai extended the warranty on. Austin in service did a great job listening to what I needed and guaranteeing that if additional costs were to come up he would notify me prior to starting the work. Scheduled an appointment and all the work was completed in one visit. I added the steering bushing check a couple days prior to the appointment and Luther accommodated that add-on. My wife waited at the dealership and told me how courteous and professional Austin was. She doesn’t like being involved in car repairs out of fear of unexpected problems surfacing and the stress of it.
