They couldn’t give me a reason why my low beam on driver side didn’t work. All they did was changed the bulb even though i said i just change it the day before. They didn’t even give me my bulb back, it was brand new from Auto Zone, I did tell them it was a brand new bulb that i put in a day before. Probably won’t come back here to get my Hyundai fixed and my car still have 5 year warranty on it. More

I drove 4 hours to look at a particular vehicle. I wanted to compare a trim of the same make and model before making my final decision but already I was leaning towards the one with the better discount. When I reached the dealership, I was told that particular vehicle with the better discount was sold. I have no way to confirm whether that’s true or not but I wasn’t called while driving down that someone else was there and looking at the same vehicle. Anyways, the manager did offer to discount the other available vehicle, less than what I was offered for the one I decided to drive 4 hours for but I feel like I drove 4 hours down looking for a better deal but ended up getting the same price or ended up paying few dollars more in fact than at a dealer that was an hour away from me. I did end up purchasing the vehicle rather than walking away because of the fact that my wife really liked the car and said, we’ve already made this trip down here and if we now go back and purchase from a dealer closer to us, it’s not really gonna make much of a difference financially. Anyways, I feel like what could have been a great experience in purchasing a new family vehicle turned out a bit frustrating. I wasn’t going to get any richer saving another 500-1000 but not getting what you were told is not good for business. More
