I’m active duty military purchasing from out of state, but a MN resident. I called two weeks ahead of purchase and asked what I needed only to find out I didn’t have all items needed. I was very dissatisfied with my entire experience. My driver’s license is expired yet I was able to test drive a vehicle from this vet dealership two weeks prior to purchase but mysteriously not allowed to test drive the vehicle I wanted to purchase or drive it off the lot. I wanted to pay for the vehicle In full but was not allowed to write a check because the check number was less than 100. Who writes checks anymore?! This fact was even acknowledged by the staff begrudgingly. My experience was completely frustrating. It took 3 hours to purchase my vehicle and I didn’t even get to test drive it. I find it very hard to believe the dealership has never worked with active duty military or someone buying from out of state. I was treated borderline disrespectfully and I will never be returning to Bloomington Hyundai again. More

I took my car in because the radio wasn’t working, and was told I needed a new radio. In the interim, I received a message on my car’s screen saying a software update was available. I downloaded it and the radio worked fine after. The original diagnosis of my problem was incorrect. When I would call the dealership and ask for service, the phone would ring endlessly and never be answered. At least twice I was promised that I would receive a call to update me on the status of my repair work. It never happened. I am very dissatisfied with the ease of getting a service appointment, the quality of my problem’s diagnosis, and the responsiveness of the service department. More
