The Service department at this location is terrible. I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. They refuse to replace it even though i I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. They refuse to replace it even though is under warranty. Today, I had Jack Edwards (advisor) and Craig (manager) interrupt me while I tried to explain the issue and then shout at me when I disagreed with their failure to resolve the issue. I’ll never come back to this location and I suggest you to take your business elsewhere. I’ve never been more disrespected by so called “professionals” in my life. Both of these men felt completely comfortable speaking aggressively to a customer. They have wasted my time and made me come in for multiple appointments for an issue they had no intention solving. What’s the point in paying for a warranty if people like these two guys make it impossible to use it. More
Sadly I NEEDED to work with these jokers as the dealership from which I acquired my ‘22 Genesis no longer exists. As a result all service and future sales issues needed Bloomington Hyundai. Never returned calls, and terrible customer service! Went in for prepaid maintenance and they didn’t even reset the “idiot” lights on dash telling me service was due and windshield washer solvent reservoir was empty. Now I have to stare at it daily. Then the piece d resistance was when I attempted to acquire another Genesis, they tried to lowball me and never asked to see my car. Totally contradicted and stepped all over proposal one of their own salespeople gave me! Attitude displayed: we don’t need your business! Avoid these clowns! More

Do NOT work with Lariah as your sales person. I've worked in customer service and sales before and could not believe her aggressive approach. As soon as I mentioned wanting to negotiate the pric I've worked in customer service and sales before and could not believe her aggressive approach. As soon as I mentioned wanting to negotiate the price on a vehicle her face and body language became angry and serious saying "there's no negotiation." When I mentioned I had a manager elsewhere willing to work with me she said it was "full of xxxx." I had to remind her to keep her profanity to a minimum because I don't handle myself in that manner and would expect she wouldn't either in her work environment. Nonetheless she had the audacity to say that I was "clearly angry" mind you I'm a very calm person and dislike being that customer who gives others a hard time but I was taken aback by her behavior and aggressive attitude. It was evident she was trying to make the sale and get me out of there and yeah I'll call her out on this rude behavior of hers. Reason I gave the place any stars at all is because of Keith the manager who apologized for her behavior and threw in some mats for me. Josh and Luis were also really great people to work with. My greatest respect to Luis, a gentleman who really knows his stuff and didn't mind explaining concepts until I fully understood them. Recap: avoid Lariah unless you want someone who is unable to keep their impulsive and rude behavior under control just to make a sale. Everyone else was really cool. More

Our initial purchasing process was the best we've had, which is the only reason we're giving 3 starts and not 2. A.K. was great to work with. Unfortunately, on our drive home we received an unexpected fro which is the only reason we're giving 3 starts and not 2. A.K. was great to work with. Unfortunately, on our drive home we received an unexpected front end collision light. At the direction of the dealership, we turned the sensor off and back on to reset, which worked for a period of time, but then received the same light. We were directed to bring the vehicle in but have not received any additional information, since, after 5 days. To add, we were still owed a second key, which we still haven't received (after 3+ weeks). Phone call to service department couldn't specify status of vehicle, and after prompting on status of missing key indicated I would need to follow up with salesperson. The perception here is Luther is great at selling cars, but struggles with customer service after the sale, and possibly a gap in servicing of used vehicles being sold. Worth adding, the pre-approval process online for financing offered a much better rate than was offered at the dealership. Only after prompting were we offered that rate, which seemed odd. More
