Nancy was my Servixe Advisor and she was great! She connected with me right from the start via phone and we agreed to use text to communicate going forward. I decided not to spend the money on one service she offered and I so appreciated she listened nd heard me well and did not try to pressure me into doing a service I didn't feel was necessary at this point in time. I came in for a second opinion on my heater core, they said it was good and all I needed was new hoses to the core. At the same time They said I needed a new belt drive so I had it replaced. I two problems I had with the service was I wished I could have seen the belt before it was replaced , other shops have brought me out to see what is wrong before they performed the service. Also; I thought the labor cost of $228 for a hour of work was to much. One other thing was the person at the check in counter could not tell me what the difference is between the orange and green coolant. If the car came with the orange coolant why wouldn't you put the same back in it. More
