Luther Bloomington Hyundai

I have been to three other licensed Hyundai dealerships for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explain for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explained (which is ridiculous). We are still waiting on the part to come in before we know whether or not the problem has been fixed, but Luther Bloomington Hyundai has been super helpful and it is obvious to me that they are far more competent than the Walser Hyundai or Mankato Hyundai dealerships. Hopefully, this part will fix the problem but, even if it doesn’t, Luther has already provided an infinitely better experience and I have much more confidence in their care than their competitors’. It’s unfortunate that the part is taking about two weeks to be ready, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. More

Although we had bad credit, they did not treat us that way. They went the extra mile, and helped us leave with the vehicle we needed ( for medical ), which had less the 17,000 miles on it. Took in my sonata hybrid after getting a message to turn off engine while driving. I took it in without an appointment and ran a diagnostic test that isolated problem to water pump. Overall, it was a good buying experience for GV80 but there are some areas that could definitely improve. The process went well through financing, however, once all documents were signed, it felt as tho there are some areas that could definitely improve.
