Horrible service! Paid $4,200 for new engine and car sat there for over a month and they didn’t even wash it before giving it back. I had to pick up vehicle on my birthday and was going to return rental ca there for over a month and they didn’t even wash it before giving it back. I had to pick up vehicle on my birthday and was going to return rental car at 5:00 on my way to dinner because it was right on the way I was going. They texted me at 3 saying if I didn’t have it back by 4:09 they would charge me for it which was the first I headed that so I had to drop what I was doing and drive there only to wait in the lobby because they brought it back unwashed and I requested it to be washed. Turn the next morning it wouldn’t start because they didn’t replace the battery even though we requested it to be replaced. More

Scheduled appt for Saturday ( brought Friday night) for a calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to comp calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to complete the job. And it still wasn't done Monday morning. It actually didn't get done until late afternoon on monday. If it wasn't able to get done Saturday, why offer it for a Saturday appt ( so that we could pick it up Monday morning) if it wasn't going to get done until Monday anyways?
