I requested 100% synthetic oil for my oil change. A few days after the service was completed, I called the parts department and talked to someone about the cost of synthetic vs regular oil. The service person told me that 100% synthetic oil would cost over $100. I was charged $65.50 or about the price for regular oil she quoted. So, either the wrong oil was used or they undercharged for the oil change. Other than that the Service was good. More

I needed 3 visits to the dealer to determine that the TPS units were leaking on 3 of my tires. Now I am waiting for parts since they do not stock the TPS units. I have yet to have a good service experience except on oil changes. This has been typical of the service I have received. I love my G70 and I need to buy another car. This service makes me reconsider whether Genesis will be my next car. More
