Made an appointment, arrived on the correct date, but no record of appointment with service advisor. This caused additional delays. Wait time was commited for 90 minutes but took over four days to complet record of appointment with service advisor. This caused additional delays. Wait time was commited for 90 minutes but took over four days to complete "we owe ticket and other service issues. Upon pick up of vehicle, the "kid" that was supposed to be working, was playing on his phone, vaping and eating donuts. Barely acknowledged my presence and did not process the return loaner car. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to get my car. The car was also filthy upon pickup. This is the worst service at an auto dealership I have experienced in 30 years. FAIL!!! More

Horrible experience, told me my vehicle was totaled for engine issues. I went and bought a new truck down the road that day because none of the sales staff seemed like they wanted to help me here. Based on $339. 00 for labor to fix the vehicle it can't be more than a 4 hour job. Yet, my car was tied up at the dealer for 10 days! That part is bad enough. However, the 1 star rating is based on me being ignored by the advisor and the service manager when trying to get an update on when the car would be fixed. Below you will see the day by day story. 7/12 Noticed problem with the car. Tried to set up a service appointment, soonest I could get in was 8/15. 8/15 took the car in at 9:45AM. No updates during the day. At 5:38PM, I sent a text and called. Was told the problem was the intercooler and gave me a price of $840 to fix it. I agreed. Was told it would be a couple days to get the part, should be done by 8/17 at the latest. 8/18 11:42AM sent a text asking for an update. No response. 4:30PM, called and left a VM. Another advisor texted a few minutes later saying the car had not been diagnosed yet. I responded that the other advisor told me it had been and it was the intercooler. That person then said “We will get it done as soon as possible.” If that’s not lip service, I don’t know what is. 8/21 10:04AM sent a text asking for an update, no response. 11:00AM, called the main service number and got a person on the phone. Was told the car was being worked on and it would be done later today or tomorrow morning. 8/22 1:00PM, sent a text asking for an update. No response. Called, and left VM. No response. 8/22 3:00PM called main service number and got someone on the phone. Said car was being looked at and the advisor would call with a better update (advisor was busy at the moment). I mentioned getting the run around and it was day 8. Understood my frustration. No response from any advisor. 8/23 8:10AM, sent text got autoreply saying away from desk. 8:20AM, called left VM. No response. 8/23 10:05AM called and left VM for service manager. No response. Isn’t it his job to respond when things are escalated? This is really disappointing. 8/23 1:05PM called main dealer number again and asked for assistant service manager. It was transferred to Nancy as he is out. She is going to walk over and ask the technician to find out what is going on and call me back. 8/23 1:20PM Nancy called back. She went and talked to the technician who is working on the car. They have the parts and it is supposed to be done tomorrow afternoon. Nancy is not the advisor assigned to the repair, but she gets 5 stars for trying to help. 8/24 4:10PM Got text message from advisor that the car would be done tomorrow late morning to afternoon. 8/25 12:06PM Got a text saying the car is done.
