Ben who sold me my car was wonderful and very helpful. The process to get my car scheduled so that I can get the work done on it that I paid extra for was painful. I was told I’d be called in 1-2 weeks to schedule but 3 weeks went by. I understand things happen so I called at 3 weeks and they said they were behind and to give it another 1-2 weeks. I totally understood. I waited some more and no call. I called again and expressed that I have been having a tough time getting it scheduled and was told someone will call me the next day for sure.. no call. This happened 2 more times until I finally got my car scheduled. I’m pretty understanding and I politely explained my frustrations to the numerous people I talked to. I know things happen but it seemed almost impossible to get even just a call back. The services I got done on it was quick and they communicated that part well to me. Hopefully this was just a one off situation. I’ll be back and everyone I talked to was nice, it was just frustrating trying to get things scheduled. More

This is my second time leading with Josh Thomes at Luther Hyundai Bloomington. Josh continuously has customer service in mind and goes above and beyond expectations. Heck - he made my weather tech mats work for this 2022 model and I was fully expecting being made to purchase new ones. Most enjoyable experience ever with cars, hands down. It was nice to visit with Josh while my car was getting cleaned up. Josh noticed a few things that just needed to be popped back in or looked at and he made it all happen so I was still able to drive home with the new car.
