Dealership was clean coffee and treats available , get a free wash if needed, service writer was honest and courteous! I found an issue that related to previous service that was overlooked and I was not informed of. I was not to happy to say the least, but as a owner of two Hyundais and a ten plus year customer of Hyunda was overlooked and I was not informed of. I was not to happy to say the least, but as a owner of two Hyundais and a ten plus year customer of Hyundai, I was hoping that Hyundai would take it upon themselves to fix it—And it was! It’s hard to find these days, but this is the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back. I will continue to be a loyal Hyundai customer in the future! More
