Current market (July 2021) caused some difficulty with vehicle supply and getting the options/ colors we wanted. Dealership could improve lease process as compared to other luxury brands. We ran into mid month changes with residual value, and lease numbers, which can happen but normally doesn’t. We understand pieces of the lease numbers are not up to dealership, and instead reflects poorly on brand headquarters. However, the dealership can improve the process to be less of a headache than it currently is. Also, we leased a Genesis, and in the next part of this rate process, it does not give me the option to choose the Genesis brand. More
