Was told my service would take about an hour; waited in designated area and saw workers coming in to let others know their car was ready. Expected the same for my car, so when I saw 3 black tuscons (my typ designated area and saw workers coming in to let others know their car was ready. Expected the same for my car, so when I saw 3 black tuscons (my type of car) done and parked (after about a half hour so I did not think it was mine) I continued waiting. Got a text 20 mins later saying it was done, and it was one that had been sitting there the whole time. Had to ask for my keys/receipt. Maybe this is how it’s done but no one seemed very helpful to me unless I asked. It was my first time getting a service done here and it was not very smooth. More
I was told about a couple things “wrong” with my car at the dealership that they had wanted me to spend up to 1k for. I ended up taking it to another shop and actually saw nothing wrong with what the deale the dealership that they had wanted me to spend up to 1k for. I ended up taking it to another shop and actually saw nothing wrong with what the dealership was claiming. Additionally I noticed scratches on my car doors that were not there beforehand- I have a video of my car being towed to the dealership and there were no dings on the doors or scratches. I didn’t notice until I was home so obviously it was too late to let the dealership know. My car was there for 4 weeks and for it to come out with scratches- also a long scratch- is unbelievable for a dealership. More
