I purchased my car on August 31st and elected to receive the extended warranty, which was framed as something I can cancel at anytime. I decided that it's not something that I needed a couple of weeks later the extended warranty, which was framed as something I can cancel at anytime. I decided that it's not something that I needed a couple of weeks later and called to cancel. I was told it will not change my payment but instead my term loan length. It was not explained when I signed the paper that this would be the case. It changed my payment when I agreed to it so one would assume it would change the payment when it's canceled. Aside from this, I've had to reach out to the dealership THREE times to even speak to someone about my questions. I'm extremely upset about this and I feel like this information was not properly disclosed or explained at the time of purchase. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from a Luther dealership and this is by far the worst experience I've had with them. I will not be a returning customer to this specific dealership and I will not refer anyone. Just completely deceptive More
