The moment we entered the dealership we were greeted immediately and assisted. We were ushered to Benjamin Gates office and our interaction was great. Ben was so great to work with. He was welcoming and thanked us several times for driving from Rochester. He listened to what I had expressed in my previous communications and had the vehicles all ready for us. He initially also included a SEL with convenience package however we said we were not interested due to the sun roof and carrying a kayak. He did not try to pressure us in any way. He took us right out to the vehicles and got everything ready so we could drive the vehicle. He answered all of our questions. We test drive the vehicle while he drew up the paperwork. We sat down and he clearly explained the numbers including both finance and cash option as we had requested. After he gave us private time to discuss , I decided I wanted to see the convenience package vehicle. Ben didn't even blink, he grabbed the keys and we walked out to see it. He again gave us time while being close by to look and discuss while he wrote up the additional offer. He went thru the numbers again very patiently. And that is how a deal is made with a very happy customer. We moved offices and worked with the financial associate Juan. He clearly explained the numbers again along with all of the warranty specifics. He also showed us other extended warranty options and didn't try to pressure me. Then off we went to the car and Ben offered several times to walk thru each feature and set up the car. We declined as he had shown the major ones. We sat in the parking lot and programmed phones etc and Ben continued to check on us. He made sure we knew how to contact him. He wished us safe travels and again made sure we were good to go. The next day Ben contacted me to see if we were home safe and if our first night with Tucson was ok. We noticed after arriving home that two tires were missing valve stems. Ben immediately apologized and put two valve stems in the mail. We really could not have asked for more from Benjamin Gates. The right amount of sales and the right amount of being a nice helpful guy!! I will recommend Luther to my family and friends and in particular working with Ben!! More

Appointments are only on weekdays when I work and have to take vacation time.
