For example, I communicated a professional responsibility that I needed to uphold and that receiving timely service is imperative. Mitch listened to my priorities, provided a timeline and was able to follow through. His ability to coordinate with four different parties (i.e., Dunlop, Goodyear, Subaru and Tire Center) to validate my tire warranty in a timely fashion was exceptionally done.
