HI Amelia, I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. We spoke with your service advisor and reviewed all of text messages and phone conversations between the two of you. Overall the communication good, however there was some confusion about the additional parts that the technician used during his diagnosis and inspection. I agree that all you approved was initial diagnostic. The technician should have stopped when he saw that the manifold needed to be pulled off to continue diagnosis and had the advisor contact you for authorization to proceed. I’m happy to see that you weren’t charged for them. I have spoken with your advisor and discussed how he could have better handled the situation. He states he did write in all caps but it was only meant to highlight the word gaskets and not meant to offend you. He feels terrible that he made you feel like he was being short and condescending. I can assure you, it was not intentional nor meant to disregard your abilities to read or your gender/race. I do sincerely apologize that you felt this this way and hope that you would consider coming back to us again. As you stated in you review you have had positive experiences in the past. We very much appreciate your feedback.
