24,000 mile service check up I came in thinking it was just an oil change but $200 and one hour later came out with an inspection that my car passed with flying colors. I think the service department should do a better job of telling you before each service the costs and what will be done. I would also like to see my service history of the car online! More

Overall positive, although one issue arose I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I have not had trouble before, but this time, after I had the car home, it was leaking oil on the garage I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I have not had trouble before, but this time, after I had the car home, it was leaking oil on the garage floor, & visibly leaking after driving it. I have 2 young kids & now we will all have to schlep back for another visit, which even if I was alone would be a pain because we live 25 min away. Luther is going to fix the issue & give us a free oil change next time, so at least they’ve been understanding. As I said we’ve never had issues before, & I will continue to bring my car here. More

Helpful Employees I went in to get an oil change and a horn fixed. Of course with the full inspection other things were found which needed repair and I wasn’t sure I wa I went in to get an oil change and a horn fixed. Of course with the full inspection other things were found which needed repair and I wasn’t sure I wanted them done at the dealership or not. When said go ahead and do some of the repairs but then called late at night to leave a message to say please don’t do a couple of them the employee called in the morning reporting the technician had arrived early and already completed the repairs, but he would be sure to split the cost for me. He ended up not charging me parts only for 2 repairs and even though they were very minor I was grateful. I got a “loaner car” while the repairs were done, and the repairs were timely. This Subaru is so busy, but always has great employees! only complaint was my steering wheel may have been scratched when they fixed the horn, and the reception/Call in number person is not friendly. More
