Within two days we were certain that there was an error - obvious significant leak. They were very apologetic (indeed it was leaking fast enough that there was a little puddle of oil in front of the service advisor's station when I pulled in with my car) and got it in the shop to repair the oil leak, but this cost me my Saturday afternoon and won't get rid of the half-dozen oil spots in my garage and driveway. So, their customer service was fine overall, but the mechanic error was a major bummer and hence the 3-star review. More

Totally ignored by service rep Alex I had a noon appointment, was a few minutes and waited in front of Alex’s workstation. He walked by 3 times, looked at me, kept walking. He never said it would be a few minutes. or any other acknowledgment. Another agent finally asked me if I had been helped - and helped me. He said Alex would update me with status in 1/2 hour. At 1 hour, 10 minutes I asked at the service window on status. Alex came out 12 minutes later, no apology. I guess little old ladies with white hair aren’t important. Which is exactly what I shared to over 600 affluent, older executive or retired women in various local networking distribution lists. I received a number of thank you and agreement about not using this dealership. More
