We didn’t have an appointment because the car had stopped working on Sunday. He called back a little later with the results and my car was ready to be picked up before noon. They evaluated the car, said it was ok and didn’t charge us anything for the service. We even got a car wash! I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need.
