Bad battery Had car worked on yesterday routine maintenance. When it came to the battery they said it was bad and needed replacement. I told them I had purchased new battery in January of this year. No they said instrument said it was bad and needed replacement at 153.00. I just couldn't believe it so I left after already spending 430.00 dollars. And went to Battery plus and had it checked the battery was shown on instructions as being perfect. More
Wasted appointment lost half day and did not need to happen. Last week during express tune was one quart low after only 2000 miles. Was instructed to bring in CA add soon as possible for a repair. Once there I was told that Subaru would not do the repair and was told I needed to start a burn test. I pointed out this process could have been set up last week during my oil change. They had no idea why I was given the information before and this burn test was required to comply with the warrant. As a result I wasted half a day because the correct process was not started during earlier oil change. More
