Friendly staff, service model lacking The staff is very nice, patient and calm. They explained things slowly but efficiently. Fast, thorough service! Friendly service, Anthony explained everything and kept me updated as time progressed. The Service department even caught the fact that I had an oil leak that we need to be fixed at a later date and covered under warranty as my car is fairly new. I have worked with them on other occasions and they, too, provide excellent customer service. They even remember my name. Gina recently went beyond the call of duty at during a visit. In addition, our car saleswoman, Trish, saw us waiting for our vehicle and stopped to have a lovely chat. I really love this dealership--they make me feel like part of the family. More
Poor work quality and service support Brought car in due to suspected minor clutch slipping and lunges. Service department diagnoses confirmed problem and recommend new clutch. They also said " FOUND BOTH REAR STUTS TO be LEAKING BADLY". Took a week to get parts. "During the test drive for the new clutch system the check engine light came on." Was told the front and rear 02 seniors needed to be replaced. Service advisors could not explain why this would happen. Had both sensors replaced. Picked up car and drove home. The next morning I had transmission fluid on my floor. I crawled under car and found fluid driping from the LH center differential. I made an appointment and returned to dealer. They confirmed diagnosis and expected me to pay for it. They agreed to replace it at no charge only after I explained how that could have happened if care wasn't taken when installing a new clutch and speeking with the mechanic. When I initially brought the car in the clutch was the only issue. The engine was running fine. Since the recommend $3361 in repairs the care misses during idle and runs rough at low speeds and during shifting. It also seems to be lacking power at low speed. There is also a random knocking underneath and in the back of the car on uneven pavement. I suspect that one of the new struts is not connected correctly or defective. At this point I have no confidence that this service department will stand behehind there work or correct these problems. Ka More

Helpful, longer than expected. I had to ask for the multipoint inspection after the express service was done. I found out that none had been done. I asked because they ha e always done such an inspection . I wanted to to know if they found anything of significance during the inspection. The visit summary said I had been asked before the service and declined. This is not true. I was never asked, and if I had ‘t asked, I would have had.a filthy cabin filter until the next oil change. Customer service is everything I have never received anything but the absolute best customer service from snacks when you have to wait to long, to thoroughness in explaining things I have never received anything but the absolute best customer service from snacks when you have to wait to long, to thoroughness in explaining things even when you have SO many questions, empathy when its bad news, little things like helping move items from the loaner car back to mine, the feeling of trust i have knowing if I cannot afford to do everything that is wrong, I will be told the most urgent issues ect.... Karlos is Awesome in Service, and although my other experiences in service were good, this man went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. I hope they keep him around. More
