Bad Car Wash The customer service was great but the reason I gave only 2 stars is because the car wash was horrible. They stated that I would get a complimentary The customer service was great but the reason I gave only 2 stars is because the car wash was horrible. They stated that I would get a complimentary car wash, but when I saw my car it was clear that they did not do a thorough job because there was still a streak of mud on both the passenger and driver side of the doors. At first I thought they had forgotten to wash my car, but I could see that the rest of the body had been done (but even that was not done well). I think it reflects poorly on the dealership when something as simple as a car wash is not done well. More

Awesome service, but shuttle miscommunication I've been coming here for 5 years and have never had anything to complain about. One thing happened yesterday, however, that wasn't a big deal to me, I've been coming here for 5 years and have never had anything to complain about. One thing happened yesterday, however, that wasn't a big deal to me, but could be for others. I was called about 3:15 to let me know my car was ready. I was then told the shuttle would pick me up at 4:00. I expected a call from the shuttle driver, but since I didn't hear anything, I assumed the message from the service desk was my time to get picked up. So, I left my office to wait at the front of the building because I knew the shuttle driver would be busy at that time of day, so I didn't want to be the one causing him a delay. When no one showed up, I texted the service desk about 4:10 to see if the driver would be calling before he picked me up. At 4:20, I got a text back saying the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later, with no one arriving, I texted back wondering if he was on his way. I knew traffic was bad, so I assumed that was the delay, but wanted to be sure I wasn't forgotten. I then got a call from the driver saying he would be able to pick me up in 10 minutes. He picked me up and was very apologetic. He said he was sent to Eagan first for a 4:00 pickup and he was the only driver in the afternoon. It seems to me like the service desk should have known that he wouldn't be able to pick me up at 4. I was glad I didn't have to be anywhere at a certain time because it would have been much more frustrating than it was. I realize that there are usually 2 drivers, but just some communication between the driver and service desk would have helped a lot. More

Service delayed I brought my car in for a 6:30 appointment and they said it would take one hour and 15 minutes. I came back to the dealer just after 8:00. The service manager came out to see me and did not know why the car was not ready. I was not of the dealer until about 9:00 PM More
Nice friendly service personal. I went in to your dealer to have my oil and oil filter changed. I also had my tires rotated. When the service person told me that my fluids would be I went in to your dealer to have my oil and oil filter changed. I also had my tires rotated. When the service person told me that my fluids would be topped off if needed. I asked if my windshield washer fluid would be topped off as well, because I knew that it was low. They assured me that all fluids would be topped off as well as my washer fluid. When I got home and opened my hood to to check the washer fluid, I could not see any washer fluid in the reservoir! Today I went out and bought a gallon of windshield washer fluid to have on hand for winter and added a half gallon to my washer fluid container. This is not the first time this has happened with the washer fluid, but it is the first time I have said something about it. More
