If you are lucky enough to get SkyLynn as your customer service rep in the service department then you will end up leaving your appointment in a fanta If you are lucky enough to get SkyLynn as your customer service rep in the service department then you will end up leaving your appointment in a fantastic mood - she is the friendliest rep I've ever had at this location. All their reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful but Sky was amazing on Monday. I listened to her as she talked to each patron in the waiting area - so upbeat and positive. It was impossible to not have her mood be contagious - I felt more upbeat and positive, too. I needed a mood elevation because I came into my appointment crabby, I didn't like the wait time for my accelerated oil change. I'm not a fan of the accelerated service system but it's the way it works for simple car maintenance. I got over it. Ha! It also helped that HGTV was playing on the tv in the waiting area. ;) More

Always on time and on estimate I have had two Acura autos services here over the past 4 1/2+ years, and have always been taken care of well. Ablsoultely Client Focus! I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistanc I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistance (I thought possible a hose was broke or the radiator was busted). The Service professional calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow, if needed and told me who to ask for once I arrived after 5:00 p.m. I was only 3 miles away at the Hilton was able to drive to Luther Bloomington. They immediately took my car in, did a full inspection, and washed my car. No work was required, thank god! However, they did advise me of what is needed soon and was prepared to complete that work. I so appreciated their client service focus. It wasn't about just the car it was also about me the customer. My experience with Acura has been great - they make excellent cars when cared for will give you great performance always. The dealerships are professional and the Best!
