A simple oil change made luxurious This Subaru dealer has been in my life since 1998 because these folks are *so good* at customer service and quality work. This week I went in to have the usual 6,000-mile oil change on my Subaru Forester and was greeted by name when I stepped out of the car. The manager, Natasha, had my car's history pulled up and knew what other lubricants and tire rotations could be compressed into the time I had to wait for my planned service visit. The waiting room was stocked with coffee, teas, pop, snacks, wireless, and comfortable chairs, desks, and a children's play area--no one was forgotten. All too soon (I was getting great work done, remotely!) Natasha found me and showed me the report on my tires, lubricants, and the overall well-being of my car. In the time it took to pay my bill, the car was washed and waiting for me. Fee? $27. I am so grateful for this quality of service and support! More

Instead, manager gives us excuses that car is far from down, tech didn't show up, I was third on his list to give an update. Should have had an inkling long before that on how the day would go, and given me a choice for trying another day. I moved my rating to 4, the recovery was good. He adjusted the invoice. He scheduled one of the techs to deliver my car to my home and pick up the loaner. A weekday exchange would have been difficult for me. More
