Staff are ALWAYS professional, friendly, warm, courteous, and work quickly to communicate thoroughly and effectively every detail of my service visits. From what to expect will happen when first checking in, to updates and reports on progress, and finally, where my freshly washed car is parked and ready to go. The waiting lounge is excellent. I was very pleased with my first oil change, tire rotation and overall looking over my Outback after the first six months. Also, they had complimentary coffee and snacks for their customers in the waiting area. A great experience was provided by their service staff. More

Warranty work We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of Oc We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of October we had additional problems with the car and took it back in. The Used Car sales manager, TJ, and service department went completely above and beyond to ensure the car was gone over with a a fine tooth comb and repairs completed. It now it runs like a charm. Overall, we've had a good experience with the Used Car sales manager and the general service department, despite a lack of attention to detail by the used car service techs. More
