New Tires Participated in their November tire special on my ‘17 Outback. Also added a front end alignment. Overall, very satisfied with the experience. Plenty of drinks and snacks to pass the time away. WIFI is available and they always have a newspaper around. I had a Dr.s appointment in the middle of the appointment and they provided a car for me to use. Two thumbs up! More

Mitch Rose, my serviceman, arranged for a diagnostic visit and let me know as soon as the part arrived: which was on Thursday just before a holiday week. Since I had family coming and would be off schedule all week, I pleaded with Mitch to work me in if he could. Mitch wiggled in an appointment the very next day, and I was in and out by 9:30am with the new part installed! His service, and that of others at the dealership, was efficient and friendly and helpful. Thank you, Mitch - and thanks to you all! More

Above and Beyond Last week I took my car in for a couple simple items - replacing a rear windshield wiper and resetting tire pressure sensor. And the service person Mitch Rose was fantastic not only helping me with those items but also giving me his advice about a few things I wanted to get done in the future. Because he was so customer focused I was able to avoid getting a loaner car and get in and out of dealership within a very short period of time. Good Intentions, But Inconsistent I went in because my tire light was on and found that one of the tires had a slow leak. So I ordered a shaved tire, and had them do a general inspecti I went in because my tire light was on and found that one of the tires had a slow leak. So I ordered a shaved tire, and had them do a general inspection where they found I needed a new headlight bulb, filter and a new battery. I was supposed to receive a call when the tire came in the following week so I could come in and get all those items taken care of. I didn't receive a call for a week, so I called, and guess what, the tire had been there for a day already. After going back and forth with the rep about whether I needed to schedule an appointment or not (I was told I wouldn't need one – that it could all be done through accelerated service), I came in and waited. I was told it'd be an hour and forty five minutes. Rep came by a bit later and said they found a couple more bulbs that needed to be replaced. I was surprised by this since they already had done an inspection the week before. All in all, I waited about 3 hours. If I didn't have work to do (they do have nice work stations) and if they didn't have a nice array of snacks, I would've been pretty annoyed. All this said, I normally do get decent service here – just not always consistent. More
