Excellent customer service We have had our cars serviced at many places and dealerships in MN and other areas of the country in the past and have never received the level of out We have had our cars serviced at many places and dealerships in MN and other areas of the country in the past and have never received the level of outstanding customer service as we did from Mitch Rose at Bloomington Acura Subaru. Our 2015 Subaru Outback has been the least favorite of all of our Subaru purchases and we've had it in for several issues at more than a few shops. Mitch went above and beyond to ensure everything we requested (and more) was completed, and in a timely manner. He is a clear communicator with a warm and friendly personality. He gives you 100% of his attention; you feel as if you're his ONLY client, when in reality he has many, many clients in a day. This is a skill/gift that is rare these days but Mitch exemplifies what it means to offer genuinely Good Customer Service and putting the Customer, First.
