Quick and Easy I had to get a part of my 2009 Subaru Forester service. I jsut pulled up, handed them my keys, and within 5 hours it was ready for pick up. Terrible. Bunch of idiots working there. I wish I could give them negative stars. We bought our Subaru Forester 2019 from these idiots back in Nov 2018 and in less than 10 months, one of the I wish I could give them negative stars. We bought our Subaru Forester 2019 from these idiots back in Nov 2018 and in less than 10 months, one of the tires just burst when we were on a road trip to Mt. Rushmore. It was a Sunday during long weekend and everything except Walmart was closed. Walmart won't replace just one tire in an All-Wheel Drive vehicle and I had to replace all 4 of them. Boom.. $500 gone just like that. More than that I feared the safety of my family if all of a sudden the tires would burst . I contacted the Luther dealer and their ignorant service manager said that I had to contact the tire company and they can't do anything on it. From the very first minute of the call, I could sense that this person didn't care about customer loyalty at all. You lost me. I will never ever buy from you or any Subaru product. And I would discourage my friends, family, relatives and basically anybody I can have any influence to not buy Subaru products. These guys are thieves. They just talk you into buying a car and once it's out the door, they don't take any responsibility for manufacturer defects. Don't ever go to this dealer. And don't buy Subaru Forester Limited Edition 2019 if you love your family. Look at the pictures below. It is unsafe and a piece of junk. More

Oil Change w/Air Bag Recall Leonel Alas, was exceptional. I drove in for the accelerated service to get my oil changed. I had an appointment made to have my Air Bag Recall comple Leonel Alas, was exceptional. I drove in for the accelerated service to get my oil changed. I had an appointment made to have my Air Bag Recall completed on Sunday. When my oil change was almost finished Leonel came and said they had time to complete the recall on my airbag if I had the time available. I was very happy he offered to have this completed so I could free up the rest of my weekend. Initially, I had the appointment scheduled for the end of July and due to a cancellation I was able to move up to Sunday and then with Leonels offer I got it completed 2 days earlier. Leonel was most kind without an edge. Everything about him was comfortable, warm, pleasant and easy going. The service was very quick. I work in customer service as a receptionist/admin support and I get a feel for people when I encounter them. Leonel was a pleasure to deal with in our short encounter. Thank You! More
