This was the second time I had to being this vehicle in for this same fix. I was in on July 15th for the same issue (taillight recall). About 6 weeks later, my taillight wasn't working and the cause was the recall issue I had already been in for. I have to take time off work, and get to the dealership to get this work done, and having to do it twice is a huge inconvenience. I was unimpressed that it had to be re-done, and that no one recognized/apologized for failing to correct the issue on the first visit. Now, I'm super leery of any repair that is done by your service center, and I'm not sure I would trust you to do work I have to pay for. More

They called me back to confirm the information. When I arrived he doubled check what was listed and asked if there was anything to add. Offered a loaner or a ride some place but I chose to stay put and utilized the internet and their snack bar. Also hard of hearing so wanted direct communication so stayed put. They came out to personally talk with their findings. The car was not purchased with the beepers so that is why it doesn't beep. They were able to fix a different problem that I asked them to check on. They are so thorough, polite and treated me like a Queen. Of course I recommend this place. Excellent service and very professional in their service. More

Distressing experience I went to the dealership for a battery change. After waiting for 2 hours, the car was returned with more problems, and the dashboard still had a low b I went to the dealership for a battery change. After waiting for 2 hours, the car was returned with more problems, and the dashboard still had a low battery message displayed. Also, when everytime i started my car, my trunk opened. 1. Clearly, my battery had not been replaced and my car techno system had been tampered with. 2. The dealership quality control check failed because at the time the car was being handed back to me, someone should have quality checked the job done. 3. When we come to have our cars serviced by the dealership, it is the assumption that the service is being provided by competent personnel who have our interest at heart. I am very dissapointed by the job done and the experience was distressing. More
