Misleading Coupon/Prior Purchase I am reaching out based on your automated email regarding extraordinary service. I had my 2006 Acura TSX serviced yesterday for an a1 service. I had a promotion coupon for $15 off of an a1 service. I also bought my tires through Luther Acura and Subaru. Part of the promotion is that there is free lifetime rotations. Part of an A1 service is to rotate tires. I am a bit disappointed that I was advised that the full value of the coupon would not be accepted since I do not get charged for the service. This is a bit misleading because the cost of the tires includes rotations and an a1 service again includes tire rotations. It has left a bit of a sour feeling since I have been a loyal customer for vehicle service since we purchased this vehicle 10 years ago. More
