They actually had a new fan motor in hand and were able to swab it out and eliminate the noise in the same amount of time scheduled for the recall fix. Tyler called me about an hour and a half later with the diagnosis and the job was completed about 2 hours later. The entire process was smooth and professional. Excellent service fixing a difficult problem to diagnose. Intermittent problem with loss of power had been occuring for 2 months but could not be duplicated on a previous visit. Aaron connected it with a sticking brake switch that was involved in a prior recall. Fixed in less than a day at no cost with a free loaner, restoring my faith in Subaru. Aaron was also extremely patient when I could not find my proof of insurance for the loaner, and called my insurer for me. More

After she brought it home we noticed a substantial red fluid leak on our garage floor. I texted service and was told to call a tow company they deal with to pick up the vehicle. I did and the repair was done to me satisfaction. A crush washer had split and caused the leak. No damage to car and my wife is back on the road!
