Under promise, over deliver! It was refreshing to have a service experience go so smoothly. I received a service loaner for this visit that exceeded my expectations. When I picked It was refreshing to have a service experience go so smoothly. I received a service loaner for this visit that exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my service loaner on a Saturday morning I was told they wouldn’t be able to get my car in the shop until Wednesday. I was surprised to be contacted on Monday and told they had already diagnosed my vehicle and ordered parts. I was then delighted to be told on Tuesday that my car was ready to be picked up. My car was washed prior to me picking it up and the whole experience was handled very efficiently. Thank you! More

Donny was Great! Poor Donny to get me as a customer. I couldn’t upgrade my navigation system on my 2017 Impressa so he had to do it. He’d never done one before either. Oil Change and Inspection I was greeted promptly when I arrived, and given a cost estimate. Service time was acceptable (about an hour). The inspection noted that the breaks wo I was greeted promptly when I arrived, and given a cost estimate. Service time was acceptable (about an hour). The inspection noted that the breaks would need to be replaced within 5-10,000 miles, and they gave me an estimate to replace front only, rear only and both axles. I have no complaints and recommend this dealership for Subaru maintenance. More
