Part unknown I had my vehicle in for an oil change and overall inspection. There was a part of my glove box malfunctioning I had no idea. I’m also admittedly someone who doesn’t know much about car mechanics and I always bring someone with me to ensure I’m not being ripped off. When I got to the dealership the bill initially printed for me to sign was hundreds of dollars more than the quote over the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy, we found they added a service to it that was marked under “inspect” and not “replace” in my manual without asking me if I wanted it added on. I had it removed. But the repair itself was fantastic- it was done correctly and promptly. However I would have appreciated more transparency about attempting to add another service in the initial billing. More
