My brake light switch recall caused some issues and every person who helped was understanding of my frustrations. It's a known issue and they emphatically told me to not ignore it, everyone was doing their best to solve it, and they want me to come back if the issue returns. Knowing they will take care of me is the reason I've stuck with this dealership. More

A Mistake was rectifyed. My paperwork was apparently misplaced after I checked in. I needed an oil change, a look at the brake pads, and a car wash. Ultimately, I accepted apologies. The Oil Change was provided at no charge, and I got a coupon for the car wash which wasn’t performed. I understand that mistakes happen. More
