Good service, but the upselling is a bit much I took my car in for 90K service and they did a good job, although they flagged multiple items with estimates for repairs totally over $3000 on a 12 y I took my car in for 90K service and they did a good job, although they flagged multiple items with estimates for repairs totally over $3000 on a 12 year old car! Service will cost you the premium associated with dealer service and OEM parts. If they could avoid upselling and avoid suggesting preposterous repairs, then my rating would be higher. A honest job and a job well done is worth five stars. A job well done is three in my opinion. More

Miscommunication from all employees I sent in a long review with all of my issues several days ago to the director of customer service and still have not gotten a response. Warranty part replacement Did not have part in stock so had to reschedule visit which was just fine. Work took 5 hours so took a courtesy car & drove to work in Eagan (less than 10 miles). Was charged $6 for gas & told I should have stopped to fill up. Fill up during rush hour for using less than a gallon of gas. Later looked at courtesy cat paperwork & in their defense it was disclosed they would do that. I drive an Infiniti & this was my wife's Acura so my first experience here. I would give my Infiniti experiences 5 stars & in contrast this overall experience merits a 3. If want 5 star ratings need better overall service & don't nickle & dime people More

Made sure it was right My seat cover needed replacing. I was given a no charge loaner while it was being repaired. I received a text saying the new seat cover to be install My seat cover needed replacing. I was given a no charge loaner while it was being repaired. I received a text saying the new seat cover to be installed had a spot on it. I was asked if they could keep my car another day to get a new seat cover and was told to keep my loaner. The new seat cover looks great! More
