Finally fixed! Our hybrid crosstrek has had a problem that has caused it to have constant warning lights, which makes other systems not work. A previous local dealership told us it was not fixable. We switched to Luther, but haven’t had the time on previous visits to leave it for very long. This time we did. Donnie and the service techs ran many diagnostics and finally came up with the culprit in the battery, which was still under warranty. Now, everything works beautifully...thank you!!! More
Regular Check-up I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check-up. I found the workers, including my service adviser, professional and responsive and the waiting I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check-up. I found the workers, including my service adviser, professional and responsive and the waiting area clean. Additionally, I was offered a loaner car while maintenance was being done on my Subaru. There were three things I was disappointed about: (1) being charged for something I explicitly asked to not be completed over the text message system with my service adviser. Overall, I complained and got the charge removed. The staff also apologized. Recommend everyone review their invoices carefully. (2) Waiting 30 minutes for a loaner. It took longer than it should from dropping off my car to getting a loaner. Again, I appreciate getting a loaner. But it took too long. Should be 15 minutes or less. (3) Car was not washed. I recall a promise being they would wash the cars as part of maintenance. I know it was cold which makes washing the car more challenging. However, it would have been nice for this promise to be met. Given that dealership service is more expensive than independent shops, I have high expectations of service quality. Overall, my experience was mostly good except for the items above. More

At the beginning, a few years ago, I would say their service was faster but the quality of customer service was average. In the last year I have definitely noticed that the customer service side of things has greatly improved! They are respectful, patient, actually listen to you, and are not pushy with selling more service anymore! I so very much appreciate the change! The quality of service seems to be the same as other shops. But with the change in how the service advisors communicate and treat you, I would choose it over others. Thank you, Michael Dao for your service yesterday! Great example of servant leadership and gaining customer loyalty! More

My experience on 12/19/19 Victoria was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with her. I brought my car in for an oil change/inspection without an appointment. I got right in and the work was done very timely manner. My only complaint is that I was told I would get a coupon for a free car wash at Holiday. I didn't think about it when I paid for the service but on my way home I realized I hadn't been given one.
