Routine Service done well The oil change ang transfer case service was done as expected. One thing that was very nice, the car's shifter linkage failed when I went to leave. The oil change ang transfer case service was done as expected. One thing that was very nice, the car's shifter linkage failed when I went to leave. They pulled the car in the shop, found two shifter linkage bolts were loose and the replaced them immediately and go me on the road. Thanks. More

Professional, prompt & pleasant The young lady that checked me in for my oil change and milage service could NOT have been more pleasant and professional. She was knew her stuff. She called me by name, verified what I wanted done, asked if I had questions, offered to show me to the lounge and quoted 45 minutes for my work to be completed. 30 minutes later she brought my "work completed" paper work to me, reviewed it in detail, had me sign and gave me my fob explaining where my car was parked. Recognizing that I walk with a cane she offered to have my car brought right up to the door. I declined her offer but she insisted on walking with me and holding the door open as I exited.
