Willingness, communication & transparency, great service! Bought a very nice used car from the dealership. After a couple weeks I wanted to have the alignment checked and the head-unit/radio needed an update. Bought a very nice used car from the dealership. After a couple weeks I wanted to have the alignment checked and the head-unit/radio needed an update. I was working with Tyler Newstrom and he was outstanding. Alignment tested good but the head-unit died when it was updated. Replacement head-unit was ordered and installed. Once I received the car back there was an issue with the new one as well so I bought it back in the next morning. Found a wiring issue and resolved that. I mentioned the blower motor was squeaky so I asked that be looked at since it was in and still less than 30 days old. It was cleared for replacement because of a bad bearing. In all, the service experience was very good. Communication was very good. Tyler obviously cared and wanted me to be satisfied with my service and my new car. He displayed the qualities that I, as a Service Manager myself, value a great deal in my staff and my experiences as a service customer - willingness, honestly, transparency, accountability and integrity. He was great. I also interacted with a few more people, Kyle in finance, Talisha and Tray, all of them were great to work with. More

Disappointing About 10 days after being told brakes on my Subura outback were in good shape (and a $400 maintenance bill), my front brakes were grinding. Returned About 10 days after being told brakes on my Subura outback were in good shape (and a $400 maintenance bill), my front brakes were grinding. Returned to the garage for new brakes and another $300 bill. "Human error" was the explanation for the situation. Can't argue with that, but very disappointing. Love the car and until these two experiences have been reasonably pleased with service. The "human error" explanation makes me question the integrity of the service department. More
