My suggestion would be that she relax and talk more slowly. I'm sure she was nervous but she seemed rushed and when she called me on the phone I had to ask her to talk more slowly because I was having trouble understanding her. More

Long wait time for appointment for critical repair The actual service center was great. The 3 week wait time offered for a critical repair was not. My low review relates to the scheduling and follow The actual service center was great. The 3 week wait time offered for a critical repair was not. My low review relates to the scheduling and follow up. This was unacceptable and not what I had hoped for or expected. Long story short, the Eyesight and lane assist functions were turning on and off at will, with the lane “assist” almost running me off the road. This would happen on and off as I drove and was pretty scary on the slick roads. The car was possessed. The scheduler seemed less than concerned and offered me an appointment more than 3 weeks away. Only when I got upset did the person relent and “talked to the manager” to move me up in the schedule —only 2 weeks away. Turns out the steering column was off kilter and the lane assist truly was trying to drive me off the road. Thank God I was able to physically force the steering wheel —but an older frail person, or a distracted driver might have gone off a bridge. Really need to consider the urgency of the car repair when scheduling and not just put everyone in the same queue. In healthcare we have something called triage, which is a process where when a patient presents for care, we determine the urgency of the matter based on an algorithm which is based on science on what is truly urgent and can’t be put off. Something for the car repair world is needed—maybe you can implement such an innovation and work on your own quality improvement. Hope so. I gave it a “recommended” vs “not recommended” because the actual service was very good. Once I could stand in front of Victor and plead my case, he was very responsive. Tony the shuttle service driver was also very good. But I shouldn’t have to have gone through the run around on the phone and truly, a better system of evaluating urgency is needed. More
