Excellent Service Aaron was waiting and greeted me as I opened the car door. I was scheduled for recall work and an oil change. I asked him for a quote on an additional item, (my garage had a fight with my side mirror) Aaron quickly added that task and had a quote and a time frame ready if the part was available. While the part was not in stock here in Bloomington, Aaron kept me in the loop and he had the part couriered from another location. Aaron showed empathy in the part and installation cost, but to me being able to complete all this with one stop was well worth it. I had been hesitant to wash my car till the side mirror was fixed, winters scum was building up, so now driving away with everything complete and a washed car and it's still mourning! I was welcomed in quickly, advised about the 1 hour wait time and escorted to the customer lounge. Atmosphere is conducive to the work I had with me. Frustrating!!! Should have been a simple visit as car was there for two recall issues. Did not receive a call all day to notify me when car was ready for pick up. I only have a Land Line and was checked In as having a cell phone. I gave specific instructions I do not have a cell phone but guess that fell on deaf ears. Very unhappy this happened. More
