Quick Resolution of My Problem I had a minor problem with a loose bumper panel. The Subaru staff assessed it quickly, fast-tracked the minor repair and got me out of there in a half I had a minor problem with a loose bumper panel. The service was great. Alex Anderson was very understanding and he did help me negotiate the cost but I still felt that I was overcharged. To be sincere I would have gone to a different cheaper m understanding and he did help me negotiate the cost but I still felt that I was overcharged. The cost of parts was 600 and the labor 1600? I thought that was extremely high but all the same the car is fixed and I hope to get the value of my money. Other than the cost, everything else was excellent. More
